EMPLOYMENT HISTORY:	1976-1979 Kreit Plumbing Co., Inc. Job Foreman. Responsibilities included job site employee management, material requisitions, and inspections. 1979-1985 Kreit Plumbing Co., Inc. General Superintendent. Responsibilities included general field management, assist in determining specifications and design, provide input for cost analysis. 1985-1992 Kreit Plumbing Co., Inc. General Manager. Oversee all personnel. Direct involvement with all phases and aspects including contracts, specifications and design. Policy decisions. Client interaction, sales and coordination. 1992-1993 Roth Plumbing & Heating. Hired on by this existing repair and remodel company, to expand into and specialize in, small new work contracts, involving plumbing, HVAC and fire sprinkler installations, for gas stations and commercial tenant improvements. 1993-1994 Mechanic's National Bank. Board of Director. Elected to the Board to provide a construction information to assist in better evaluating construction and real estate based loans. 1993-1994 Fisch Properties. Project Manager 5 story concrete retail center. Complete responsibility for budgeting, coordination of trades, specifications, plans, inspections and subsequent tenant development. I grew up in the trades. All my summers since the age of 6 were spent in a plumbing shop. My afternoons in junior high school, high school and college were spent installing pipe, plumbing fixtures and equipment.
