  13. underground installation of ductile iron, PVC, PB, PE, hub and spigot, screw pipe, copper and Transite
  14. hydrostatic pressure and flow testing
  15. design, specifying and installations of various type of flow indicating devices and control valves
  16. proper tool and equipment selection
